Meeting in Teleperformance on Sensei Project with Gianni Pittella and Mario Massone

Teleperformance, the worldwide leader in multichannel customer experience and industrial partner of Sensei Project, has received in its Italian Contact Center Site two important guests:

·         Gianni Pittella, Vice-President of the European Parliament, member of the Parliament’s Bureau, the Committee on Culture and Education, member of the Audit Panel, the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly as well as of the Network of Mediterranean Universities (EMUNI)

·         Mario Massone, founding member of Italian CmmC (Customer Management Multimedia Competence) and UCC – Unified Communication & Collaboration – Forum.

During these meetings Vincenzo Giliberti, Teleperformance Italy Innovation Director and Project Manager for Teleperformance in Sensei project, outlined the main features and objectives of the Sensei European Project. The Vice-President of the European Parliament  Gianni Pittella has highlighted the strategic connection between contact centers and universities and the potential impact on employment, while  Mario Massone showed the importance of the new frontiers of contact centers, that have advanced at a dizzying speed towards research and information.
